Accounts and email verification

You must provide accurate registration information, control the email address used for verification, and protect your permanent username and six-digit PIN. An account is not active until email verification finishes. Unverified reservations may be archived after four days. Do not share your account PIN.

Lawful and respectful use

Use the service only for lawful communication. You are responsible for your transmissions, invitations, room members, device security, workplace rules, privacy obligations, and local law. Harassment, threats, fraud, unauthorized interception, deliberate interference, and abuse of private-room credentials are prohibited.

Rooms and access

Room owners control invitations, visibility, capacity, and membership within available plan limits. Private access credentials must be protected. Owners may remove or suspend members. Administrators may moderate public services and enforce these terms. Private-room audio is not offered as an administrator listening feature.

Plans, prices, and payments

Current prices, capacity, duration, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable refund information are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Square or another disclosed processor may handle payment details. Existing transaction records are preserved for accounting and dispute handling.

No emergency guarantee

Internet push-to-talk is not emergency calling, life-safety radio, regulated dispatch, a duress device, or a guaranteed emergency service. Network congestion, weak signal, browser restrictions, device failure, power loss, updates, or maintenance can delay or interrupt communication.

Compatibility and updates

Capabilities vary by device, operating system, permissions, audio route, browser, network, and installed release. Use only official Walkie Talkie HRL downloads and install security updates when required.

Security

Transport encryption and access controls reduce risk but no online service can promise absolute security. Protect devices, PINs, room IDs, and passcodes. Report suspected compromise promptly.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or service integrity. Records are not automatically deleted merely because access is suspended or an unverified reservation expires.
